Refund policy
At LuxyHub, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
1. Can I Return an Item?
- Yes! You can return items within 7 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
2. How Do Refunds Work?
- After we receive and check the item, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10-15 days.
- Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent a damaged or wrong item.
3. Want an Exchange?
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for what you’d like.
4. How to Start a Return
- Send an email to support@luxyhub.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you the return details, and you can ship the item to us.
- We’ll notify you as soon as the refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items like lingerie, sale items, and custom products can’t be returned.
