🔄 Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
Luxyhub offers exchange only — no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
📅 Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition as received.

All accessories, tags, or free gifts (if any) must be returned.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Luxyhub has the right to decline an exchange if the product appears used, damaged, or altered.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
All items are exchangeable, but must meet the eligibility conditions above.
For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement.
💰 Price Difference Rules

If the new item is higher in price, you must pay the difference.

If the new item is lower in price, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit only.
