Refund policy

🔄 Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

Luxyhub offers exchange onlyno refunds are provided under any circumstances.

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.


📅 Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • All accessories, tags, or free gifts (if any) must be returned.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Luxyhub has the right to decline an exchange if the product appears used, damaged, or altered.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All items are exchangeable, but must meet the eligibility conditions above.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement.


💰 Price Difference Rules

  • If the new item is higher in price, you must pay the difference.

  • If the new item is lower in price, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit only.


📮 Exchange Process

To begin an exchange:

  2. Include your order number, product photos, and the reason for exchange

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the process

Note: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the product was defective or incorrect.
