📦 Luxyhub – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luxyhub. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on www.luxyhub.net are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is processed.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Local / Within City: 2–3 working days

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days

(Rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier limitations.)


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on your delivery location.

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide in Pakistan.

  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID depending on courier availability.

If you do not receive tracking details, you may request them by emailing:

6. Delivery Issues

Luxyhub is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier company

  • Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Parcels held, returned, or lost due to customer unavailability

However, we will assist you in resolving courier issues where possible.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a parcel that is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours after delivery with photos/video as proof.

We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.


8. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer not responding

The customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Luxyhub does not offer international shipping.
We only ship within Pakistan.
